摘    要:川东北气藏属于高温、高压、高产和含硫海相碳酸盐岩气藏。该气藏气井常规地面测试流程存在地面管汇多处节流和转向,容易形成冰堵、现场操作复杂、含H2S气井测试现场安全性要求高,不易采用人工方式等难点。对气井常规地面测试流程进行了优化:①在测试期间原则上不频繁开关采气树闸阀,第一级节流管汇要临时起到作为井口装置的作用,多台管汇台组合使用;(参采用热交换效率高的EXPRO 35/14型换热器和EXPRO三相分离器;(蓼采用EXPRO地面数据采集系统,可实时采集监测数据,并可以以数字或曲线图的形式显示,按需生成各种报告;④在流程管汇与井口之间设置了ESD紧急关闭阀,可实现瞬时关井。PG101—3井和HB2井的现场应用表明,优化的“70MPa-35MPa”和“105MPa-70MPa”两级节流地面测试流程具有闸门倒换灵活、易于实现有效井控的优点。能适应高压、高产、较长时间下测试的需要,完全能满足川东北地区海相气藏的测试要求。
