磁流变液壁面滑移现象及机理研究进展

摘    要:磁流变液的流变性能测试和工程应用中存在的壁面滑移现象近年来引起了国内外学者的热切关注。对磁流变液壁面滑移现象的产生原因及影响进行了探讨,回顾了磁流变液壁面滑移现象及机理的研究现状,并指出仍存在壁面滑移现象发生机理尚不明晰、影响因素及内在规律尚不明确、铁磁颗粒的动力学模拟未考虑与磁场的耦合作用、力学模型未考虑壁面滑移的影响等不足,并针对这些不足提出了进一步研究的展望。

Abstract:Wall slip phenomenon of magnetorheological fluid(MRF)in its rheological performance test and engineering application has received significant attention from scholars both at home and abroad recently. The causes and effects of wall slip phenomenon of MRF were discussed, and the status of research on wall slip phenomenon and mechanism of MRF reviewed. Several disadvantages are pointed out, for example the mechanism of wall slip of MRF isn't very clear, influence factors and laws are vague, the coupling process between the ferrous particles and the magnetic field isn't considered in the dynamic simulation, in mechanical model the influence of wall slip is not taken into account. Future research directions are proposed for these disadvantages.
