| 摘 要： | 该文根据重庆高新区含谷公租房工程中的地质条件、环境条件和施工期间可能的气候条件,设计基础采用旋挖桩。因工程地块为回填区域,局部存在流沙现象,采用相应的旋挖技术措施,成功地完成了基础部分工作,并取得了理想的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the geological conditions, surroundings and potential climate conditions under construction in the public rental housing engineering in the new and high-tech district in Chongqing, rotary drilling piles are adopted in foundation design. As the project is a backfilling area, where shifting sand phenomenon occurs, the corresponding rotary drilling technique is adopted and work for the foundation part is successfully done, with favorable re-sults. |
