潜力巨大的FeGa合金磁致伸缩材料

摘    要:经过半个世纪的发展,磁致伸缩材料已在武器装备、医疗、能源等领域实现了应用。但是,传统的稀土超磁致伸缩材料(Terfenol-D)价格高昂,力学性能差,大大地限制了磁致伸缩器件的发展。而新型的二元铁基磁致伸缩材料Fe Ga合金价格低廉,机械性能优良,磁导率高,具有极大的应用潜力。当前,薄膜制备和微系统技术得到长足进步,薄膜化、柔性化磁致伸缩材料和器件逐步成为研究重点,以满足电子信息系统对磁性器件平板化、集成化、高可靠等的要求。

Abstract:After development of half a century, the magnetostriction material has been applied in weapons, medical equipment, energy system and so on. But, the high price and bad mechanical properties of traditional Terfenol-D material limit the development of magnetostriction devices. The new type iron-based magnetostriction material FeGa show great potential because of the low price, excellent mechanical properties and high permeability. At present, the film preparation and MEMS technology are becoming more and more mature, which leading the development of thin film and flexible magnetostriction material and devices. Those film devices can meet the requirement of planner, integrated and reliable electronic system.
