摘    要:对测量柴油机排气微粒中有机物的三种方法——热重法、萃取法和真空加热法作了对比。试验证明,用真空加热法测得的挥发物的量与萃取法测得的可溶性有机物的量相同。文中给出了用真空加热法测得的6110型柴油机微粒的可溶有机物和干烟的排放特性。

Abstract:Three methods for measuring the soluble organic fraction of diesel engine exhaust particulates i.g. thermogravimetry, Soxhlet extration and vaccum volatilization are comparatively evaluated. (It appears that vaccum volatiliation method is simple in operation, possible to process dozens of samples simultaneously and the sampling filters both with and without teflon coat are compatible with this method). Comparative tests show that total volatile fraction in sampled particulates measured by vaccum volatilization is equal to the soluble organic fraction measured by Soxhlet extraction. Soluble organic fraction and dry soot emissions from 6110 type diesel engine under different operating conditions are measured by vaccum volatilization and presented in the paper.
