Which Aimed to safe pro- duction, main lined the standardize operating, based on the opti- mization and control of process flow, and then continuous im- prove with lean concepts and methods. Achieved the extensive management model which units in work surface change to the refine management model that seen the site various processes and procedures as the quality control point. And continuously improve the level of Maintenance standardize of operating.
