摘    要:山西输电网多位于采空区、重污秽区、覆冰区、特殊气象区、易风偏区等特殊区域,运行环境差,电网灾害发生频繁。从输电线路灾害的全面预警和多数据分析方面提出了基于一体化智能辅助支持的输电线路灾害预测预警系统,解决的关键问题包含:(1)利用电网灾害分析模型,构建专家知识库;(2)面向应用主题的数据挖掘分析技术。利用该系统可以解决山西输电线路安全运行预测预警分析与展示问题。

Abstract:Shanxi power transmission network is generally located in goal area, heavy pollution area, ice-covered area, special meteorological area, wind-direction changing zones, etc, which leads to frequent occurrence of power grid disaster. From the point of view of the transmission line disaster early warning and comprehensive data analysis, this paper proposes the trans- mission line disaster prediction and warning based on integrated intelligent aided supporting system. The key problems to be solved include: (1) building the expert knowledge database by means of grid disaster analysis model; (2) data mining and analysis technology-oriented application theme. This system succeeds in solving these problems which can predict and show the safe operation of Shanxi power transmission line.
