河西金矿选冶工艺技术改造与生产实践

摘    要:论述了河西金矿选矿工艺存在破碎磨矿细度不够、浮选时间不足以及氰化时间不够等问题,为了提高生产技术指标,采取了减缓破碎负荷、提高磨矿细度、增加浮选时间等选矿工艺技术改造措施,流程改造后,浮选回收率提高1.43%,氰化浸出率提高0.55%,并且能耗和药剂等消耗有所降低。

Abstract:Some problems in the mineral processing process was put forward and the corresponding techniques such as controlling overload of grinding and crashing, improving size and increasing flotation time etc were dealed with in this paper by the author. Through the reconstruction the flotation and cyanidation are more efficient than before. The flotation recovery is increased 1.43%, and the cyanidation recovery is increased 0.55%, at the same time the agent and energy consumption are decreased for some extent.
