新型摆动转子式压缩机的设计分析

摘    要:为了降低滚动转子式压缩机的径向泄露损失,本文分析三种泵体结构的特点和运动规律,同时分析了Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型压缩机滑片受力情况。在Pro/EMechanism模块对Ⅲ型压缩机运动仿真分析基础上,进行性能、可靠性和系统匹配试验,试验结果表明新型摆动转子式压缩机与Ⅰ型压缩机性功耗下降,COP有所提升。

Abstract:In order to reduce rotary compressor loss power of radial leak,we analyse the feature and movement rule of three kind of pump and the action force of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ vane in the study. Based on the motion simulation by Pro/E Mechanism,We carry on performance,reliability and air conditioning system test.It is concluded that the advanced rotary compressor need low input and has more high COP compared with type Ⅰ.
