多盘转静子系统轴向碰摩点分布研究

摘    要:为分析转静子系统发生轴向碰摩时碰摩点的分布情况,建立了多盘转静子系统力学模型,综合考虑了盘在横向和纵向上的振动位移,应用弯曲变形理论确定了圆盘在两个方向上的转动角位移,基于平行四边形法则得到了圆盘的合成角位移,推导并给出了碰摩点分布及其轴向碰摩力的数学表达式。根据所推导的碰摩点轴向位移和轴向力公式,即可建立轴向碰摩时的振动微分方程。

Abstract:In order to discuss the distribution of contact points caused by axial contact, a multiple-disk rotor-stator dynamic model was constructed. With a view to the complexity of the system vibration modes, the vibration displacement was orthogonally decomposed into displacements of landscape orientation and portrait orientation in the transverse section of rotor. The rotate angles of disk in relation to the two coordinate axes were deduced based on the theory of bend. The compositive rotate angle of disk was ascertained according to the rule of parallelogram. The equations of contact points coordinates and the axial contact force were presented for further studying on the nonlinear vibration characteristics of rotor-stator-system caused by different distributions of contact points.
