摘    要:对搅拌槽内原油-水分散体系中液滴的破碎过程进行了实验和理论分析。实验测定了在不同温度和转速条件下油滴的粒径分布以及最大稳定粒径,并采用以Voigt模型为基础的理论对最大稳定粒径进行了计算。在温度较低时,原油表现出了具有触变性的流变学性质,经过计算和数量级分析,液滴破碎时间与粘度达到平衡的时间相比非常短,可认为在破碎过程中液滴的粘度始终为初始粘度。实验结果与以初始粘度计算的理论值吻合较好。

Abstract:Drop breakage of crude oil-water dispersions at different temperatures and different impeller speeds in stirred tank was researched.The distributions of droplet diameters in various operating conditions were measured,and maximum stable drop diameter and sauter mean diameter were calculated based on the experimental data.The theory based on Voigt model in which the viscosity of the disperse phase is accounted for was applied to the calculation of the maximum stable drop diameter of the crude oil-water dispersions.At low temperature the dispersed phase crude oil showed obvious thixotropic properties.As the breakage time is very short,compared with the time of the viscosity approaching to equilibrium,the initial viscosity is considered to be constant in the droplet breakage process.The experimental result agrees well with maximum stable drop diameters calculated based on the Voigt model.
