| 摘 要： | 文章对原油稳定装置设备管线堵塞腐蚀问题进行了分析,原料中含有HCl、H2S、NH3、H2O、O2等是造成堵塞、腐蚀的主要原因.改进"一脱二注"方案,改注氨为有机胺,以及提高脱硫效率,可从根本上解决堵塞、腐蚀问题.

| Abstract: | s: The analysis of the corrosion blocking of the crude oil stabilizer has found that the corrosion and blocking were mainly caused by HCl, H2S, NH3, H2O and O2 etc. The corrosion blocking could be eliminated by improving "one removal and two injections", injecting amine instead of ammonia and enhancing sulfur removal rate, etc. |
