双相不锈钢00Cr25Ni7Mo4N敏化过程中的脆化机理研究

摘    要:研究了双相不锈钢00Cr25Ni7Mo4N在晶间腐蚀试验中发生的脆断现象,采用金相法、扫描电镜和透射电镜对材料的脆断机理进行了分析。研究发现双相不锈钢00Cr25Ni7Mo4N在敏化时有R相、Fe3Cr3Mo2Si2相等脆性相析出,导致材料脆化,冲击韧性下降。最后,给出了双相不锈钢00Cr25Ni7Mo4N热加工后的使用要求。

Abstract:This article deals with the brittle failure of duplex stainless steel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N occurred during intergranular corrosion test.The embrittlement mechanism was studied with metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results showed that R phase and Fe3Cr3Mo2Si2 phase precipitated during sensitization heat treatment in 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N,which resulted in embrittlement and a worse impact toughness for 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N.The requirements of service conditions for 00...
