摘    要:为了有效利用光伏或燃料电池等低压可再生能源,研究了一种电源直接供电的改进交错连接Boost变换器。与基本交错并联Boost变换器相比,改进交错连接Boost变换器中输入电感交错并联,输出电容交错叠加在输入电源的两端。通过结构改进,使得上述变换器具有较高的电压增益,同时功率开关管和二极管的相对电压应力得到了有效降低;直流电源可以直接供电给负载,提高了效率。在此结构基础上,在输入端引入一个较小的辅助电感,理论上可使输入电流纹波近似等于零。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理及其稳态特性,最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:In order to utilize the low voltage renewable energy sources effectively such as photovoltaic and fuel cells, an improved interleaved Boost converter with power supply directly was investigated in this paper. Compared with the basic interleaved Boost converter, the input inductor in the interleaved Boost converter is interleaved and connected in parallel, and the output capacitance is staggered and stacked on both ends of the input power supply. By improving the structure of the converter, high voltage gain was achieved and the relative voltage stress of power switches and diodes had been reduced effectively, since DC power can supply energy to the load directly, therefore, the efficiency of the converter was improved. Based on that, the auxiliary inductor was introduced to make the input current ripple approximately zero. The operational principle and steady state characteristics of the converter were analyzed in detail. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.
