| 摘 要： | 采用乳液共聚和复合乳化技术合成了四元共聚乳液型高速卷烟胶粘剂，正交试验确定了最佳工艺配方。产品具有初粘性好、干燥速度快、稳定性高、耐寒性能优良、粘接平滑等特点，适用于车速在5000～9000支／分钟范围内接装粘接使用。

| Abstract: | The four - component copolymer emulsion adhesive suited for high cigarette - making speed was synthesized using the process technology of copolymerization and composite emulsification. The optimum synthetic conditions and composition were obtained by orthogonal experiments. The product has an excellent initial adhesion, High drying speed and stability, good resistance freeze, sticking smoothly etc. The test shows that the adhesive can be used to adhere the cigarette even when the speed of eigarette machine is up to 5000-9O00 count/min. |
