摘    要:阐述了天然气水化物的生成机理、危害及防治措施。针对中高压深冷装置中的水化物出现的不同程度的冻堵,提出了3项具体的预防和处理水化物的措施:(1)脱除天然气中的水分;(2)加注化学抑制剂;(3)干燥高温原料气脱除法。这些措施较为有效的解决了水化物在中高压深冷装置中出现的冻堵问题。

Abstract:Formation mechanism, harm and preventive measures of natural gas hydrate were discussed. Three effective methods to prevent natural gas hydrate from freezing and block in cryogenic facility were put forward, such as removal of water in natural gas, addition of chemical inhibitor to natural gas, high - temperature drying of raw natural gas. It was proved that these methods were very useful for production of natural gas in high pressure.
