桥梁钢预制件高空坠落受损问题的有限元分析

摘    要:分析了在桥梁施工中损伤的高空坠件的修复及重新利用的可能性,并从桥梁施工现场取得相关数据,利用有限元方法对桥梁预制件高空坠落进行仿真模拟试验。根据分析结果进一步提出修缮方法,从而可以重新利用高空坠件并减少因强制性报废而引起的建设工期延误。

Abstract:The possibility of repairing and reutilizing the damaged prefabrications which were fallen from high altitude in bridge constructions is analysed in the paper. It obtains relevant date from bridge constructions, and goes on simulation test to the fallen prefabrications by using FEM, thus puts forward reparation method according to the results. So the fallen prefabrications can be reutilize and the delay caused by prefabrications being scraped mandatorily can be reduced.
