煤矿巷道掘进爆破智能设计系统及应用

摘    要:煤矿巷道掘进爆破设计涉及到工程地质、围岩稳定性、断面形状、瓦斯赋存、开采条件及岩石力学等诸多因素,是一项复杂的理论与技术问题。针对这一技术难点,将煤矿巷道爆破领域专家理论研究成果、实践经验等与最新发展的计算机人工智能相结合,进行煤矿巷道爆破智能设计系统研究。系统建立了内容丰富的典型爆破案例、爆破理论和规则、专家经验、行业规范知识库,基于规则与典型案例推理机制,运用产生式规则和最大匹配度的推理策略,实现了煤矿巷道爆破方案参数优化设计。基于CAD二次开发技术研究设计绘图子系统,实现了爆破工程图表自动绘制。应用该系统进行多个矿区实际煤矿巷道爆破方案设计,其结果与实际情况基本相符。

Application on intelligent system for optimization design of blasting in mine tunnel excavation of coal mine
Abstract:Blasting design in coal mine tunnel is a complex problem of theory and technology,which is concerned with engineering geology,stability classification of surrounding rocks,sectional shape,gas preservation,mining conditions and rock mechanics.Be aimed at these difficulties above,combining the latest developed computer artificial intelligence with results of theoretical studies and practical experience of coal mine tunnel blasting field,the expert system of blasting designing was studied.Established abundance knowledge base including typical case of blasting,blasting theory,expert experience,industry standards,based on rules and typical case of analogical reasoning,applied production rules and the matching of the reasoning strategies,the expert system optimize coal mining blasting parameters the design.Based on secondary development of CAD,graphics subsystem achieves blasting charts drawn automatically.Application of this system on simulation and optimization designing of actual mining tunnel blasting case illustrated designing result actual situation are beidentical.
