| 摘 要： | 结合广东省调EMS中状态估计软件的运行情况,从网络模型建立和量测采集的角度介绍了提高状态估计计算精度的一些措施,针对母联开关刀闸遥信错误对状态估计计算造成的严重影响,给出了一种检查与纠正母线分裂错误的方法,作为对状态估计量测预处理手段的一个重要补充.这些建议和方法的实施显著提高了广东省调状态估计的计算精度.

| Abstract: | According to the running situation of state estimation software in EMS of Guangdong provincial power dispatching center, the authors presented some measures to improve the calculation accuracy of state estimation in the viewpoint of establishing network model and gathering measured data. To solve the serious affection of wrong isolating switch telesignalling of bus coupler on state estimation, this paper gave a method to check and rectify the busbar misdivision as an important supplement to pre-processing means of state estimation. The implementation of the presented proposals and methods significantly improves the calculation accuracy of state estimation in Guangdong provincial power dispatching centre. |
