摘    要:教师学习共同体的构建,是教师完善知识结构,实现知识共享,改善教师模式,从而提高教师的工作效能感,生成学习动态环境的有效途径。VCT作为教师知识共享和交流的有效工具,可以为教师学习共同体的创建带来新的途径。依托微软公司开发的VCT模板为载体,探索构建教师学习共同体的崭新途径,以期能为教师职后专业发展提供一种新视角。

Abstract:Building of teacher learning community is to improve the knowledge structure of teachers,achieve knowledge sharing and improve teacher mode,thereby enhancing the efficacy of teachers work to generate an effective way to learn a dynamic environment.VCT as a teacher effective knowledge sharing and communication tools,can create a learning community for teachers to bring a new approach.We rely on VCT templates developed by Microsoft as the carrier aims to build teacher learning community to explore new ways to post for the professional development of teachers to provide a new perspective.
