Abstract: | A highly efficient Pd/TiO2 catalyst for the liquid phase hydrogenation of maleic anhydride has been prepared by sol–gel method, and super critical fluid
of ethanol drying (SCFE) was applied. The catalyst exhibited excellent activity and high yield to butyric acid. The structural
properties of TiO2 supported Pd catalyst were investigated by BET, TEM, XRD, XPS and TPR techniques with the aim of finding a correlation between
the structure parameters and the catalytic activities. |
