摘    要:利用生活污水处理厂机械脱水污泥作为基本原料,采用碱熔融-水热合成法制备具有优异性能的沸石.通过激光粒度分析仪对合成沸石样品进行粒度分析;用分光光度法检测合成样品对含NH4+-N废水的去除率.结果表明,在温度700℃、煅烧时间1h,晶化温度60℃、晶化时间6h,NaOH与污泥配比为1∶1时合成的样品去除率为最佳.

Study of the Preparation of Zeolite with Slurry from Sewage Treatment Plant
Abstract:With slurry dewatered from sewage treatment plant as the basic raw materials,the zeolite having excellent performance was prepared by using alkali melt-hydrothermal synthesis method.Laser particle size analyzer was used for analysis of particle size of samples;Dispart Ray Luminosity Method was used for Inspecting removal of wastewater containing NH4+-N.The results showed that the samples were the best under the condition of 1︰1 NaOH/slurry ratio,1 hour calcination at 550 ℃ temperature,6 hour crystallization at 60 ℃ temperature.
