摘    要:以多体系统动力学理论和有限元分析技术为手段,建立了大型履带推土机行走减速器第一级行星排的动态仿真分析模型,针对典型受力工况对其行星架进行了强度分析,并对模型结构尺寸进行了优化.研究方法和结论可为多体系统的结构设计及优化提供理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the multi-body dynamical theory and FEA(Finite Element Analysis) technique,a dynamic simulation analysis model is established for the first-rated planetary line of large-scale crawler dozers.By conducting the strength analysis on planetary carriers under typical working conditions,the model structural dimensions are optimized.Therein,relevant research methods and conclusions can be referred to multi-body system structure design and optimization.
