基于煤气掺混天然气下锌精馏铅塔燃烧室内烟气传热能力研究

摘    要:为了充分利用烟气热量,防止冲顶现象发生,根据能量平衡原理建立了烟气向塔盘外壁的传热模型,并针对煤气掺混天然气前后煤气成分变化的不同情况进行了计算。结果表明,随着煤气热值的增加,导致烟气平均温度的升高,当粗锌熔液流量没有随之升高时,塔盘外壁与内壁温度也随着升高,这造成了烟气向塔盘外壁的传热量有较大的波动,此外,烟气热量均未充分利用,塔盘内壁温度均远高于锌蒸气的沸点,而煤气掺混天然气后,塔盘内壁温度更高,烟气向塔盘外壁的传热量增加比较显著,这是所供粗锌溶液流量太小,使得塔盘内粗锌熔液不能充分带走烟气热量而造成的,这为铅塔燃烧室的煤气流量、粗锌流量以及排烟温度等自动控制提供了一种可供参考的依据。

Abstract:In order to fully make use of heat of fumes and p re vent zinc vapor from impacting on top of lead column in the zinc refining,b ased on principle of energy balance,a model of heat transfer from fumes to exterior of tray is established.The model of heat transfer due to two d ifferent components variation cases,which liquescence gases are mixed into coa l gas or not,is calculated.The results of calculation show that increases of heat of gas will lead to rise of average temperatures of fumes,when flu xes of spelter liquid are not increased,temperature of exterior surface an d interior surface will rise,which causes heat transfer from fumes to exteri or of tray biggish wave.Furthermore,heats of fumes are not fully used,muc h higher interior wall temperatures of tray than boiling point of zinc and more remarkable increasing quantity of heat transfer from fumes to exterior of tray are concluded after nature gases are mixed into coal gas.This phenom enon can be made clear by the fact that quantity of heat of fumes is not fully absorbed by relatively little flux of spelter liquid in tray.All of wh ich will offer automatism control of gas flux,flux of spelter liquid and t emperature of venting fumes in combustion chamber assort of referenced basis .
