某高校综合楼移位工程实践

摘    要:某高校的7层框架结构办公教学综合楼因新规划需整体移位,在该工程移位方案设计中,针对工程体型狭长且纵向移位的特点,通过独特的基础设计、采用前拉后推、沿全长施力的施力体系、严格的沉降差控制、有效的同步监测及防振措施等保障了工程的安全进行。

Abstract:According to the new planning, the 7-storey general building adopting frame structure in an academy will be displaced as a whole. Considering that the general building is long and it will be displaced longitudinally, the safe engineering construction is guaranteed by adopting a series of measures, such as special foundation design, force application system of "pull at the front and push at the back, apply force along the full length", strict control on settlement difference, effective synchronous monitor and vibration-proof measure.
