| 摘 要： | 构建信息社会的电子政务是国内外发展的一个热点,但目前电子政务建设缺乏总体框架标准.文中从电子政务标准化技术参考模型入手就未来国家或区域电子政务建设提出了完整体系结构,阐述了一站式服务框架基本组成,探讨了基于角色PMI的电子政务安全模型.
