摘    要:针对材料的共振会对系统的稳定性和精度产生不良影响的问题,采用压电智能结构,使用两路独立电源驱动两组压电陶瓷片,电路的工作频率调整为光纤智能梁的共振频率,并以光栅光纤为传感器,应用Matlab的仿真工具箱研究了环氧树脂柔性梁振动的主动控制技术,建立了振动主动控制系统实验平台并进行了仿真。研究结果表明,本实验系统能够抑制柔性梁在共振频率附近的共振峰幅值,达到主动控制效果。

Abstract:Aiming at resonance phenomenon of materials' harmful effects for stability and precision of system, vibration control technology of epoxy resin flexible beam was researched based on toolbox of Matlab and piezoelectric intellectual structure. Fiber bragg grating(FBG) was adopted as sensors. Two groups of independent power were used to drive two pares of piezoelectric ceramics which working frequency could be adjusted for the optical resonance frequency of the smart beam. The experiment platform of active vibration control system was set up and simulated. The results indicate that the control system can suppress the flexible beam's resonance peak around resonant frequency and achieve active control's point.
