膜技术处理碱法草浆黑液及综合利用技术

摘    要:通过膜分离技术处理碱法草浆黑液并回收碱的试验,探索造纸黑液处理的新工艺,以求找到一种碱法草浆黑液治理的新方法,取代投资高、能耗大的燃烧法碱回收工艺。该试验结果表明:通过混凝沉淀、膜分离处理过程,黑液中CODCr和色度去除率可达96.8%和99.3%,碱回用率可达78.2%。

Abstract:Through the test of using membrane separation technology to treat the black liquor from alkali process straw pulp production and recover alkali from it, a new technology was explored for the treatment of the black liquor in paper making industry to find a new way to control the black liquor from alkali process straw pulp production and to use it to replace the combustion method for alkali recovery which requires more investment and consumes more energy. The results of the test showed: through the process of coagulation and membrane separation treatment, the removal rates of CODCr and colourity of the black liquor reached 96.8%and 99.3%respectively, and the recovery rate of alkali was 78.2%.
