摘    要:作为自动交换全光网络中的核心器件,全光波长转换器的研究是目前的热点问题。本文基于半导体激光器实现波长转换的理论模型,采用小信号分析方法,利用速率方程求解了基于光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器实现波长转换的频率调制响应特性,并重点分析了光子寿命对高频特性的影响。这对于优化光纤光栅外腔结构实现高速全光波长转换器有一定的参考价值。最后数值求解了不同输入信号速率下的转换波形,仿真结果和对波长转换器的频率响应特性分析结果是一致的。

Abstract:As the key apparatus in ASON(Automatic Switched Optical Networks), All Optical Wavelength Conversion device will take a very important effect. Based on the theoretical model of wavelength conversion using semiconductor laser, the frequency modulation response of wavelength conversion is discussed utilizing rate equation under the small-signal analysis. The characteristics of high frequency are emphasized in different photo life of fiber grating external cavity semiconductor lasers. Those results are useful to the optimal design of the wavelength converter based on fiber Bragg grating external cavity semiconductor laser,the converted waveform is simulated by numerically solving rate equation in different input signal rate. This simulation accords with the analysis result of frequency modulation response characteristic of Wavelength Conversion.
