| 摘 要： | 通过引入分散管理与策略化网络连接的思想，提出了基于虚拟专用网的AAA管理系统的系统框架，并制订了一套完整的AAA管理通信协议，对系统设计和开发过程中使用的重点技术进行了详细剖析。
