力矩电机的弱磁控制策略

摘    要:介绍了力矩电机直接传动在起重机提升机构中的应用,针对提升机构的快速下放控制,分析了力矩电机弱磁调速控制原理以及影响其运行范围的主要因素,考虑dq轴电流环限幅参数的影响,提出了一种基于改进电流环的电压外环弱磁控制策略。结合空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)过调制算法,进一步扩大了弱磁调速运行范围。最后利用STM32微控制器实现了力矩电机弱磁调速控制系统,并通过实验验证其有效性。

Abstract:This paper introduced the application of direct-drive low-speed torque motors in cranes.To achieve the rapid down control of cranes,the principle of flux-weakening control of torque motors and its main influencing factors were analyzed.Considering the effects of the amplitude limit parameters in dq axis current loop,the voltage-loop flux-weakening control scheme based on the improved current-loop was proposed.Then,the operating region of flux-weakening speed control for the torque motors was further extended with the overmodulation algorithm of SVPWM.The proposed flux-weakening speed-control system of the torque motors was realized by STM32 microcontroller,and it was verified with experiments.
