低速永磁直线电机优化设计及仿真

摘    要:传统的直线电机在恒低速运行时,需要采用与控制设备相结合的方式或采用复杂的工艺结构,从而导致成本大幅增加。针对上述问题提出了低速永磁直线电机,并给出电机结构和基于磁路、技术指标下,结合直接搜索算法的电机最优设计。并通过建立电机三维有限元模型,显示出永磁体工作点和气隙磁场特性符合磁路设计要求,验证了电机结构的有效性,为该电机的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:When traditional linear motor worked on constant low speed,it need control devices or complex structure,resulting in significant increases in cost.In response to these issues offered low-speed permanent magnet linear motor,and gave the motor structure,basing on magnetic circuit,technical targets,combined with the direct search algorithm optimizing motor design.Through the establishment of three-dimensional finite element model of the motor,analyzed the operating point of the permanent magnet and the characteristics of air-gap magnetic field suited the design requirements,verified the validity of the motor structure,provided the basis of optimal design of the motor.
