系列交流伺服电机反电势测试系统的设计和实现

摘    要:本文介绍了一种系列交流伺服电机测试系统的设计和实现方法。测试系统采用三相400Hz的数字电压表和三相交流电相序检测集成电路并设计简单实用的相位检测电路。用三相交流相位检测电路,结合幅值和相序检测实现了伺服电机反电势自动检测和显示状态。实际应用结果表明,所设计的反电势测试系统具有经济性、稳定性和实用性强的特点,完全能够满足系列交流伺服电机生产线的测试需求。

Abstract:This paper introduced a method of series AC servo motor test system design and realization.Test system adopted the three-phase 400Hz digital voltage meter and the alternating current phase sequence detection circuit,designed the simple and practical phase detection circuit.For three-phase AC phase detection circuit,combined with the amplitude and phase sequence detection was achieved by servo motor back-EMF Detection and display status.The practical application results show that,the design of back-EMF test system has the economy,stability and practicability,can fully satisfy the series AC servo motor production line test requirements.
