摘    要:电机转速是电机运行的关键参数,本文使用欧姆龙光电编码器作为电机转速的脉冲发生装置,使用S7-200PLC作为高速脉冲处理器,设计了一种快速、可靠和准确的测量系统.根据实际中取得的数据和转速曲线可知,该系统具有优秀的测速性能,同时,由于其灵活的移植性和集成功能,所以在实际的工业现场中有着广泛的应用价值.

Abstract:Motor speed is the key parameter of motor running,the paper used Omron photoelectric encoder as the pulse generator of motor speed,using S7-200 PLC as high speed pulse processor,designed a kind of fast,reliable and accurate measurement system.According to the actual achieved in the data and speed curve known that the system has good speed performance.Meanwhile,due to its flexible portability and integrated function,so it has extensive application value in the actual industrial site.
