基于DSP的空调风机调压调速控制器的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种应用于空调风机调速系统的新型控制器.控制器采用调压调速方法,由主电路和控制电路组成,微处理器芯片采用Freescale公司生产的DSP芯片MC56F8025;主电路由双向可控硅(TRIAC)触发电路、缓冲电路、滤波电路组成;控制电路由过零检测电路、辅助电源、传感器以及简单方便的人机接口和通信接口组成.过零检测电路采用线电压过零检测方法,实现了快速准确的过零检测,保证了调压调速的正确实施.控制器电路简单易于实现,实验结果表明了该控制器具有良好的控制效果.

Abstract:Introduced a new controller for air conditioning fan.The controller uses variable voltage speed method,it contains main circuit and control circuit,the microprocessor chip is Freescale MC56F8025;the main circuit mainly contains TRIAC trigger circuit,buffer circuit,filter circuit;the control circuit consists of zero-crossing detection circuit,auxiliary power supply,sensors,simple man-machine interface,and communication interfaces.The line voltage zero-crossing detection is fast and accurate,it ensures the correct implementation of the varying voltage speed control,The control circuit is simple and easy to realize.Test result shows that the controller has good control effect.
