西部城市照明规划中的景观经济策略

针对当前城市照明规划为景观而景观,忽视夜景建设所蕴含的巨大经济潜力的设计误区,提出将景观经济策略引入西部欠发达地区城市照明规划中.照明规划除承担城市的修饰与美化作用外,还应与整合地方优势资源、发展旅游经济、促进休闲娱乐产业、吸引投资等相关领域有机联系,以夜景建设为手段,实现提高城市品质与促进经济发展的双赢功效.并以柳州市城市照明规划为例进行了剖析.

Study on Economy Policies of Scene in Urban Lighting Planning in West China

Aiming at the error that only the scene is considered in urban lighting planning,however the potential benefit of night scene construction is ignored,this paper indicates that the economy policies of scene should be considered in urban lighting planning of underdeveloped region in west China. Lighting planning not only has the function of urban decorating and beautifying,but also has the function of combining the regional preponderant resources,developing the travel economy,improving the entertainment industry,attracting investment,etc.Lighting planning should take night scene construction as means,and then realize the double function of improving urban quality and accelerating the economy development.In this paper,the urban lighting planning of Liuzhou is taken as an example.
