摘    要:针对目前油田广为使用的LVDVⅡ+型粘度计在所要求的测试条件下无法直接检测出粘度大于100mPa.s的聚合物溶液体系粘度值的问题,提出首先测量较低剪切速率范围的粘度数据并绘制粘度曲线,然后利用幂律方程对曲线进行拟合,再根据拟合方程计算出所需要的剪切速率为7.34s-1下的粘度值检测方法。将粘度大于100mPa.s的溶液体系的拟合粘度与流变仪实测粘度进行了对比,实验结果表明,该方法获得的数据准确可靠,可在油田相关领域推广应用。

Abstract:At present, the widely used LVDVII + vis-eometer in oilfields can not directly measure the viscosity of polymer solution system with viscosity above 100 mPa ?s under the required measuring conditions ( UL rotator, and the shearing rate of 7. 34s-1). So, in this paper it is supposed to measure the viscosity data at lower shearing rate range and plot the viscosity curves firstly, and then with the application of power law equation to match the curve, and finally calculate the viscosity at the required shearing rate of 7. 31s"1 according to the matched equation. The comparing results between the matched viscosity of the solution system with the viscosity above lOOmPa ?s and the measured viscosity with viscometer suggest that the obtained data of this method are correct and reliable, and the method can be expanded and applied to fields.
