摘    要:无意外风险钻井(NDS)技术可以用于识别、预防和控制井下风险,防止井下意外事故发生,有效提高钻井效率和效益。对NDS技术内o?的把握是发展和应用NDS技术之前需要解答的问题,为此介绍了NDS技术概念、工艺过程和核心技术,列举了国内外成功应用NDS技术的实例。提出了NDS技术未来发展方向应以钻井力学为基础,实时测控技术(包括测量、风险管理、预测和控制等技术)以及3D可视化技术为手段,最终形成集风险分析、数据采集、传输与实时解释、井下监测和控制为一体的高度集成化、信息化、智能化和自动化的钻井技术平台。为国内逐步实现具有中国特色的NDS钻井技术提供了参考。

Abstract:NDS technology has functions of risk identification, prevention and control, which can be used to prevent occurrence of risks and improve drilling efficiency and effectiveness. The understanding of technical connotation of NDS is the problem to be resolved before developing and applying NDS technology. The concept, process and key technology of NDS are introduced, and cases of successful NDS technology applications both at home and abroad are listed. It is proposed that the technology be based on drilling mechanics, resort to real time measurement and control technology (including measurement, risk management, forecast and control technology) as well as 3D visualization technology, and form a drilling technology platform featuring in integration, informatization, intellectualization and automatization. This can be good reference to developing NDS technology with Chinese characteristics.
