虚拟弹性流体润滑实验台的研究

摘    要:弹性流体动力润滑是摩擦学主要研究领域,由于弹流状态下润滑剂所处的特殊条件,其实验过程十分复杂,获取数据也非常困难。本文利用数值计算方法和计算机技术。在计算机上虚拟显示实验过程和结果,形象地表现出弹流实验的现象及特征,为弹流实验教学和研究提供了一种快速和有效的工具。

Abstract:Elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) is one of the major research fields in tribology Since the lubricant is under the severe condition in the EHL status,the experimental procedures are complicate and the data of the film thickness and pressure are difficult to obtain With the numerical techniques and computer technology, the method to virtually display the experimental procedure and results of EHL vividly in a computer is discussed in detail Finally, the virtual results for the EHL experiments are presented It is a useful tool for both research and instruction
