碳纳米管的纯化、性能及应用

碳纳米管因具有独特的结构、性能及广泛的应用前景而受到科学界的关注,然而,所制备的碳纳米管均含有碳杂质和金属杂质,影响其性能并限制其应用。分析了碳纳米管的物理纯化法及化学纯化法的特点,在此基础上综述了物理与化学法相结合的综合纯化法,并介绍了碳纳米管的力学性能、场发射性能和电磁性能及其在相关领域中的应用进展。

Purification, Property and Application of Carbon Nanotube

Carbon nanotubes （CNTs） are being noticed more and more by scientists because of their unique structure,properties and prospects of application. However,as prepared CNTs are usually accom-panied with carbonaceous and metallic impurity which influence some of these properties and restrict cor- responding applications,purification of CNTs is essential. In this paper,comprehensive purification methods,which are based on analyzing the characteristics of physical-based purification and chemical oxidation method,are summarized in detail. The mechanical,field emission,electromagnetic properties of CNTs and progress in the relevant fields are also introduced.
