碳纳米管的纯化、性能及应用

摘    要:碳纳米管因具有独特的结构、性能及广泛的应用前景而受到科学界的关注,然而,所制备的碳纳米管均含有碳杂质和金属杂质,影响其性能并限制其应用。分析了碳纳米管的物理纯化法及化学纯化法的特点,在此基础上综述了物理与化学法相结合的综合纯化法,并介绍了碳纳米管的力学性能、场发射性能和电磁性能及其在相关领域中的应用进展。

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are being noticed more and more by scientists because of their unique structure,properties and prospects of application. However,as prepared CNTs are usually accom-panied with carbonaceous and metallic impurity which influence some of these properties and restrict cor- responding applications,purification of CNTs is essential. In this paper,comprehensive purification methods,which are based on analyzing the characteristics of physical-based purification and chemical oxidation method,are summarized in detail. The mechanical,field emission,electromagnetic properties of CNTs and progress in the relevant fields are also introduced.
