喷气燃料临氢脱硫醇RHSS技术的开发

摘    要:石油化工科学研究院利用镍-钨体系加氢催化剂开发了直馏喷气燃料临氢脱硫醇的RHSS技术。在50mL和100mL固定床加氢装置上的试验结果表明,RHSS技术不仅能加工高硫中东直馏喷气燃料馏分,而且对国内很多直馏喷气燃料馏分有好的适应性;在缓和工艺条件下可将硫醇硫降低至小于10μg/g,油品的酸值和颜色也得到改善;3300h的催化剂寿命试验和再生试验结果表明,RHSS技术的催化剂稳定性和再生性能好,可望满足工业装置的长周期运转。

Abstract:A novel technology named R HSS using nickel/tungsten series hydrogenation catalyst has been developed by Re search Institute of Petroleum Processing. Experiments were conducted on both of 50mL and 100mL fixed bed hydrogenation units. The pilot plant tests indicated th at the said technology was adaptable for different feeds, such as Middle East st raight-run jet fuel fraction with high sulfur content and various domestic stra ight-run jet fuel fractions. At mild operating conditions, the mercaptan conten t in the product can be reduced to less than 10 μg/g, and the acid number and c olor of the product were also improved. A 3 000 h-1 life test and regenera tion test of the catalyst showed that the catalyst possessed both of good stabil ity and good regeneration performance. RHSS technology is expected to meet the d emand of long-term running for commercial units.
