接管环带区表面裂纹疲劳扩展规律的研究

摘    要:在实物容器疲劳试验的基础上,采用按形变功率定义求得的循环J积分幅度ΔJ来描述接管环带区表面裂纹的疲劳扩展速率,并提出了计算表达式。结果表明,在高应变情况下,ΔJ是一个有效的疲劳控制参量,经修正后的ΔJef能较好地描述环带区表面裂纹疲劳扩展规律

Abstract:ased on a fatigue test of vessels,the cycle J integral margin ΔJ determined with deformation power was used to describe the fatigue growth laws of the surface cracks in the annulus belt area of nozzles,and a calcuation formulation was proposed.The result showed that the ΔJ was an effective fatigue control parameter under the condition of high strain.The modified ΔJ eff could describe the fatigue growth laws of the surface cracks in the annulus belt area of nozzles better.
