液化气体罐车防波板的设计

摘    要:使用流体计算软件FLUENT对某液化气体运输半挂车罐体内介质的晃动进行模拟,并考察不同数量和不同大小防波板对晃动的影响。研究发现,设置防波板可以降低罐体所受的总冲击力;防波板数量增加,虽然对最大总冲击力影响不大,但能使介质晃动变得更平缓,有利于罐车的平稳运行;防波板中间间隙在一定的范围内,其防晃效果与不留间隙接近。

Abstract:The FLUENT software was employed to simulate liquefied-gas sloshing within the tank,and anti-sloshing effect of the swash plate different in size and number was analyzed to show that swash plate can significantly decrease the total impact force on the tank,and increasing swash plate number can smooth this sloshing,and the swash plate kept at a certain spacing can make its anti-sloshing effect close to the swash-plate without spacing.
