摘    要:为实现球形催化剂生产过程物料自动化转序,开展气力输送工业试验,考察不同流速下球形催化剂的破碎率,通过对最佳输送流速下物料输送前后的物化指标及颗粒外观对比表明,球形颗粒的强度和磨损率未降低,颗粒外观及物化性能无变化。

Abstract:For auto-conveying of the material in spheroidal catalyst production,the pneumatic conveying experiment was implemented to examine the breaking rate of spheroidal catalyst.Comparing material's physical and chemical data and particle appearance before and after being conveyed at an optimum conveying speed shows that both spheroidal particle strength and breaking rate can keep still,including its appearance and physical and chemical data.
