摘    要:通过安装设备将新管道(如复合柔性管)拖入旧管道中作为内衬管是一种新兴的管道修复方法,而修复过程中所需拖拉力的确定对于判断修复方法的可行性与安全性至关重要。考虑内衬管与旧管道几何尺寸、内衬管自身弯曲刚度和摩擦系数等基本因素,基于梁大变形理论给出了拖管过程中所需拖拉力的理论计算模型。并以该理论模型为基础,进一步分析了若干关键因素变化对拉力值的影响。同时,将算例结果与有限元数值模拟结果对比分析,验证了理论模型的准确性,为该修复技术的工程设计与分析提供了参考。

Abstract:Inserting a new pipe(e.g.composite flexible pipe) as a liner pipe into an existing pipeline is a new technique of pipeline rehabilitation.Since the new pipe has bending stiffness itself and has to pass through an existing pipeline with several bends,it often requires a large pulling force during installation,therefore,determination of the required pulling force is essential to confirm the feasibility and reliability of this rehabilitation method.In terms of several primary factors,such as geometrical size of the existing pipe and liner pipe,bending stiffness of the liner pipe and friction coefficient,a theoretical model on calculating the required pulling force during installation was presented based on the large deflection theory of beam.Then the influence of variations in some key parameters on the pulling-force value was further examined based on this theoretical model.Meanwhile,the calculation results were compared with those derived from numerical simulation with the finite element model and this theoretical model was proved very useful in the engineering design and analysis of existing pipeline rehabilitation.
