铜拉丝润滑关键技术研究

摘    要:铜拉丝润滑液研究开发的关键是如何解决铜拉丝生产中的缩丝和断丝的问题。以蒸馏妥尔油和二乙醇胺为主要原料,合成妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺表面活性剂,其具有良好的乳化、润滑、防锈和抗硬水及铜皂分散性能,应用在高速铜拉丝润滑液中,避免铜皂堵塞拉丝模的现象,解决了铜拉丝过程中的缩丝与断丝问题。

Abstract:The key of copper wire drawing lubricant research and development is how to resolve the problem of the contraction wire and broken wire.Tall oil diethanolamide surfactant was prepared with distilled tall oleic acid and diethanolamine as main raw material.The tall oil diethanol amide surfactant has good emulsification,lubricating,antirust and resistance to hard water and copper soap dispersing properties.When added to the high-speed copper wire drawing lubricant,the surfactant can avoid the phenomenon of copper soap to plug wire drawing dies,solve the technical problems of contraction wire and broken wire during the course of copper wire drawing.
