摘    要:采用超音速火焰喷涂技术及合适的基体预处理工艺,在球墨铸铁柱塞表面制备与基体结合良好、耐磨性优良的Fe基合金涂层,得到一种耐磨性好的陶瓷压机球墨铸铁柱塞,用以取代表面镀铬的锻钢柱塞。超音速火焰喷涂Fe基合金涂层技术不仅可以用于陶瓷压机柱塞的新品制造,还可以用于电镀硬铬陶瓷压机柱塞的修复及再制造。

Abstract:Fe base alloy coating with well combination with the matrix and excellent wear-resistance was spayed in the ductile iron piston surface with the supersonic flame spray technology and appropriate matrix pretreatment,and a ductile iron piston of ceramic presses with good wear-resistance was got to replace the surface plating chromium forging steel piston.The supersonic flame spray Fe base alloy coating technology can be used for the new product manufacturing of ceramics presses piston,and for the repairing and remanufacturing of plating chromium ceramics presses piston.
