果蔗中毒死蜱和辛硫磷农药残留分析方法的研究

摘    要:建立同时检测果蔗中毒死蜱和辛硫磷农药残留分析方法。样品用乙腈提取,改进QuEChERS方法净化,气相色谱法NPD检测。毒死蜱和辛硫磷在0.1~10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r2分别为0.9994和0.9991。果蔗植株中毒死蜱回收率为83.36%~111.63%,相对标准偏差为6.57%~8.77%;辛硫磷回收率为88.33%~113.10%,相对标准偏差为5.38%~7.83%。该方法准确、重现性好、精密度高、杂质干扰少,且简便快速,成本低,适用范围广,符合农药多残留测定方法要求。

Abstract:An analytical method was established for simultaneous determining chlorpyrifos and phoxim residues in chewing cane.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up on QuEChERS,then concentrated and determined by GC with NPD.The linearities of chlorpyrifos and phoxim were obtained in the concentration range from 0.1 mg/L to 10.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficients of 0.999 4 and 0.999 1.The recoveries of chlorpyrifos and phoxim ranged from 83.36% to 111.63% and 88.33% to 113.10%,the relative standard deviations were 6.57%-8.77% and 5.38%-7.83%.The method was sensitive,accurate,convenient and reliable to determine the residues of chlorpyrifos and phoxim in chewing cane.
