| 摘 要： | 现代物流已经成为“第三方利润源”,是企业降低成本,取得竞争优势的重要来源.中小型生产企业的物流成本居高不下,如何加强物流管理,选择合适的物流服务模式,优化库存结构,对降低物流成本、提升中小型生产企业的竞争能力十分重要.从调查数据出发,对中小型生产企业在经营活动中存在的物流不合理现象加以分析,借鉴发达国家的物流经验,提出解决方法.

| Abstract: | Modern logistics has become a ＂third profit source＂, which is the important source for an en- terprise to reduce cost, gain competitive advantage. According to the logistics high cost in small and medium-sized enterprises, it seems quite important to strengthen logistics management, choose suitable logistics service model, optimize the inventory structure in order to reduce logistics costs and make these enterprises competitive. Based on the survey data, this paper analyzes the present unreasonable phenomena, draws lessons from the developed countries in logistics, and puts forward the solutions, hoping to be of help to the logistics management in small and medium-sized enterprises. |
