摘    要:由于价格、原料、过敏原和宗教等原因,市场上肉类掺假的现象非常普遍。针对这种肉类掺假产生了多种检测方法,本文主要综述了以ELISA为主的免疫学快速检测方法。

Abstract:Due to factors such as price, raw material, allergy market.
